Donate to Sandy Relief Efforts
Plymouth residents are collecting food, blankets, cleaning supplies and more to fill two trailers and drive to New York to help residents affected by Hurricane Sandy.
Gary Smith and Jeff Cohen are collecting food, blankets, Cleaning Supplies (complete list at end) and have two trailers to fill up and drive to Rockaway Beach, New York to give to the community and needy. They will also bring grills and will be cooking for as many people as they can help. Any and all help is greatly appreciated. Monetary donations will be used to purchase items needed from the list.
Smith and Cohen are planning to leave Saturday, Nov. 24.
—Drop off location: 130 Camelot Dr. #19 Plymouth (Mayflower Taxi and Exceptional Auto Detailing shop). The trailers will be filled there.

FLAT shovels are the most useful.
Candles in safe holders.
Butane lighters. Wood matches (strike-anywhere types).
1 Lb. Propane bottles might help.
Camp stoves?
Mantles for camp lanterns.
Sleeping bags.
NEW (unused) pillows, good clean sheets and pillowcases.
Large (5 gallon, etc.) water jugs.
Paper cups. Plastic cups.
Clean used cutlery.
Clean used pots and pans.
Dish detergent (liquid).
Scrubbing sponges, all sizes.
Floor mops.
Brooms, all types.
