ARRAIGNMENTS (The following pleaded not guilty.)

Wednesday, October 17

Willie Ayers, 27, of 3 North Spooner Street, Apt3. Charged with possession of a Class B substance (subsequent offense) and distributing a Class B substance.

Debra J Titus, 58, of 16 Bridge Gate. Charged with assault and battery with a deadly weapon in Pembroke.

Thursday, October 18

Carl A. Held IV, 29, of 52 Liberty Street Apt. L5, Plymouth. Charged with assault and battery on a disabled person older than age 60.

DISPOSITIONS

Wednesday, October 17

Vincent R. Turner, 69, of 138 Elm Street, Kingston, charged with assault and battery with a deadly weapon in Plymouth. Found not guilty.

Carlos M. Alejandro, 39, of 557 Wareham Road, Plymouth, charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of liquor and driving with a suspended license. Sentenced to one year of probation, a one-year treatment program and a 45-day loss of driver’s license.

Rachel Schertzer, 25, of 52 Palmer Road, Plymouth, charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of liquor and marked lane violation. Sentenced to one year of probation, a one-year treatment program and a 45-day loss of driver’s license.

Mark P. Gomes, 47, of 5 Apple Street, Wareham, charged with larceny in Plymouth. Charge dismissed.

Thursday, October 18

Scott Brown Jr., 19, of 54 Wyndemere Court, Plymouth, charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs, driving recklessly, possession of Class D and E substances. Sentenced to a 90-day treatment program and a 210-day loss of driver’s license.

Friday, October 19

Scott A. Fry, 44, of 10 Edgewood Road, Carver, charged with assault and battery in Plymouth. Charge dismissed on completion of probation.

Scott A. Fry, 44, of 9 Columbia Circle, Plymouth, charged with larceny by check in Plymouth. Charge dismissed upon payment of restitution.
