ANDREW D. GEIST, 44, of 9 Nickerson Street, Plymouth, charged with assault and battery with a deadly weapon in Plymouth. Dismissed, failure to prosecute.

CHRISTOPHER ROTH, 53, of 713 Webster Street, Marshfield, charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol (second offense). Ordered to pay $600 in fees and complete an alcohol abuse program, placed on probation until October 25, 2013, loss of driver’s license for 45 days.
