Wednesday, October 31
GLENN W. ROBBINS, 51, of 994 Long Pond Road, Plymouth. Charged with threatening to commit a crime in Plymouth.
MICHAEL J. BOTELHO, 34, of 29 Alden Street Apt. 1, Plymouth. Charged with violating a harassment order (three counts) adn with criminal harassment.
JOSHUA S. JACOBS, 30, of143 Sproat Street, Middleboro. Charged with larceny of property worth more than $250 in Plymouth.

Monday, October 29
DENNIS C. MACEACHERN, 21, of 9 Savery’s Lane, Plymouth, charged with assault and battery with a deadly weapon. Admitted to sufficient facts, charges continued without a finding until October 28, 2013, ordered to pay $90 in fees and complete an anger management program.
Tuesday, October 30
TODD WILSON, 35, of 54 Overlook Road, Westminster, MA, charged with assault and battery and with malicious destruction of property in Plymouth. Charges dismissed on completion of diversion.
LYNN M. GILMAN, 56, of 2 Newfield Street, Plymouth, charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol in Plymouth. Dismissed upon paying $600 in fees and completing a treatment program.
MELISSA A. LITTLEFIELD, 37, of 187 School Street, Taunton, charged with breaking and entering into a building in the daytime for a felony. Dismissed on completion of probation.
Wednesday, October 31
MARGARET C. BURGESS-KUKAROO, 74, of 16 Boutemain Avenue, Plymouth, charged with assault and battery with a deadly weapon, violation of an abuse order and with reckless operation of a motor vehicle in Plymouth. Dismissed on completion of probation.
